Droplets Program Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. The Droplets Program campaign (“Campaign”) shall commence on a to be announced date and end on a date as solely determined by the Company (“Campaign Period”).
  2. Through interaction with www.drop.money (“Website” or “Interface”) and the “Services” provided through the Interface, users can earn Droplets. Droplets do not hold any inherent value in real currency, do not constitute the personal property of the user, nor are they treated as currency or a medium of exchange. Droplets are also non-redeemable, non-refundable, and non-convertible into any form of currency or other value.
  3. Any balance of Droplets shown on the Interface constitutes only a measurement of the extent of your limited license to Droplets. You do not own the Droplets. Droplets are not a substitute for currency or medium of exchange, and do not have an equivalent value in real currency. You are not allowed to transfer Droplets. You are not allowed to sublicense, trade, sell or attempt to sell Droplets for money or other consideration, or exchange Droplets for value of any kind outside of the Website. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and may cause the Droplets to be voided. Droplets are not redeemable, refundable or eligible for any currency or anything else of value. We may offer certain functions of the Services to users that have accumulated certain Droplets, but the availability of such functions is subject to change at any time in our sole discretion. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license and right to use the Droplets in accordance with these Terms of Use while we offer the Services and your account is in good standing.
  4. Participation eligibility:
    • Droplet holders may participate in the Campaign by following the instructions as prompted by the Campaign page.
    • This Campaign is not available to residents of the United States, Crimea of Ukraine, Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, Russia, Syrian Arab Republic, and any other jurisdiction in which accessing or using our protocol is prohibited.
  5. By default, participants who enter the Campaign page and participate in this Campaign have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Campaign terms and conditions (“Terms”) and the Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) located above. Capitalized terms used in these Terms and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
  6. This Campaign is (a) not an offer, recommendation or solicitation of an offer to buy, sell or otherwise deal in any digital asset; and (b) not intended to provide any advice or recommendation (regardless of investment, trading accounting, legal, tax or otherwise). This Campaign is also not intended for distribution to, or access by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or access would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Persons accessing and/or participating in this Campaign are required to inform themselves about and observe such restrictions. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, may become illiquid at any time, and are high-risk. Persons dealing in digital assets may lose the entire value of their assets.
  7. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, transaction fees and/or service costs, related to the Campaign are the sole responsibility of the participants.
  8. During the Campaign Period, we will closely track the behavior of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: violating the Terms and Terms of Use, violating local regulatory rules and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by us, we reserve the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the Droplets and void all accrued Droplets of any participant who is found to be involved in such behavior.
  9. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, we reserve the right to exclude any participant from participating in this Campaign without notice.
  10. We reserve the right to determine and amend the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending or terminating this Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
  11. We reserve the right of final interpretation of this Campaign.
  12. We expressly disclaim any and all responsibility and liability for any technical, pictorial, typographical, editorial or other error or omission on the Campaign page or these Terms.
